Another revisit of a previous dish tonight with basil and tomatoes from the patch. Sometimes its the very simple things that are the best.
The basil amazes me every time with its intense smell and flavour. Our eldest daughter runs around the house with a bunch smelling it like roses offering it to her younger sister saying, "Smell it Tilly!"
