Friday night, the end of a long week and we’ve been invited to Taste of Tennis. It’s a function at the Grand Hyatt, with many of Melbourne’s top chefs cooking some amazing food and raising money for The Starlight Foundation. So as we are being spoilt with fine food we just need a quick snack to satisfy the after work hunger till we eat later tonight.
A quick look in the garden and I spied a couple of zucchini flowers. Just what the doctor ordered, stuffed with goat’s cheese and herbs.
